During the Covid 19 Pandemic, we are on the front lines everyday helping the public. We are selflessly serving our customers because we care about our community. Supermarkets across the nation are compensating their workers with premium crisis pay to compensate them for their dedication and hard work.
Working together, we have the power to build a brighter future for all Lidl workers and our families. The truth is, no one should struggle alone. Stand with us, speak out, and help us make Lidl a better place to work and shop. It is wrong for Lidl to profit off our community as the result of a crisis. They need to provide compensation to the workers who are making a sacrifice in difficult times to help the community. I demand premium crisis pay for my work!
